One out of 10 times I get it it's straight up little hockey pucks, all hard as a rock breading with NO chicken in sight. It really can't be that hard to cook. This time they completely left it out of my bag. Should have been my 1st clue. Anyway, it's good when it's good.

The drive-thru experience was smooth, and the food arrived fairly quickly in the parking lot. My order was accurate, hot, and tasted great.

The service has generally been good, and the chicken usually meets my expectations. However, due to staff shortages and other problems, the restaurant isn’t always open during its posted hours. We've nearly stopped going because they’ve closed as early as 6 PM on some days. The mashed potatoes tend to be disappointing, and substitutions are often no longer allowed. I've lowered my rating to three stars. Also, ordering online after 8 PM is unreliable since they often don’t receive orders, and they lock their doors at 8 PM.

I was sick and sleeping,... read more We ordered a family box that included eight pieces and two sides. But when we arrived home, we just got three chickens with two sides! I was sick and sleeping, so I did not check the order. But I heard my husband order it, and I noticed that whoever tookthe order went fast in conversation and did not give attention to the customer. We paid over $30, which is not the first timethey have done it. They always do like this if you do not check your order!
