I placed a large order for 12 people at the drive-thru, and the staff seemed a bit nervous while taking it. However, they were fantastic overall! They were friendly and took the time to double-check the order to make sure everything was correct. Additionally, the wait time was surprisingly short for such a big order. View all feedback.

The Customer Service was Wonderful. Except for there was a rush after my order and she was working the front by herself. Was Sad because I wanted to make my own chicken salad. With an order of 4 nuggets and a Side salad. Come to find out they dont carry a side salad ... Then as shes taking everyones orders she lines the receipts one after another. Well so by the time she finished she got to my reciept which was the v... View all feedback.
I pulled up to the drive-thru, but there was no one at the monitor. I decided to drive up to the second window, only to be greeted by an employee sitting on a ledge. I honked the horn to get his attention. He opened the window and I explained that no one was at the monitor while I was waiting back there. He informed me that there were actually two people supposed to be on the monitor and that I needed to turn around and go back. So, I did just that. When I got back to the monitor, a woman appeared and told me to wait because they were changing shifts. After sitting there for a while, I made the decision to go to Burger King instead.
I visited the restaurant around 4 PM when the dining room was empty, but I found it to be quite unsatisfactory. In the back, the employees were yelling at each other, and I witnessed a heated argument between one of the employees and his baby’s mother in the lobby, as she wanted him to clock out early to go home. The bathroom was unclean, adding to the overall unpleasant atmosphere. There was also a crying baby and a lot of noise from the staff, making it a very chaotic environment. The only bright side was that the food was exactly as I had ordered and expected.
The posted hours indicate that they are open until midnight, but when I pulled up to the drive-thru, the menu lights were off, and so was the big sign out front. However, I could see at least four employees inside who were apparently still on the clock. They turned the lights back on as if they hadn't been pretending to be closed. I wonder if their general manager is aware of this behavior. When I tried to place my order, I was informed that some items were unavailable because the machines had already been turned off. I understand the desire to leave work on time, but if they plan to close early, they should update their hours accordingly. It's frustrating to act as if they’re closed until someone arrives and then only take half of the order. If they’re not willing to serve customers past 9:30 PM, perhaps they should avoid scheduling shifts after that time.
Food was good no problems there but customer service sub par if you don't like your job don't do it that's all be nice smile even if it's your worse day Im am not the one that created your problems at home but that's all
I always like to be with Wendys when I need cheap food, fast. Usually the service is fast, but recently the service was slow. Usually it's just a person I understand, but it's like it doesn't matter to them whether one or ten cars get through the ride. No more really good food, it's just the point of sale to be cheap..
