I placed an order online that said it would be ready by 4:26. When I got there at 4:45, I was informed it would take another 13 minutes. This is exactly why I called — to check if the chicken was ready! It's a perfect example of incompetence.

It was unfortunately overpriced for what amounted to a disappointing version of "fried chicken." I can't wait to share my terrible experience at the Minot KFC with my grandchildren – it almost drove me to drink again. (In summary, the chicken sandwich resembled something my infant son would create at his high chair.)
