They're unable to take phone orders, so you can't find out if the chicken will be ready when you arrive, despite there being three employees just standing aroun... read more They're unable to take phone orders, so you can't find out if the chicken will be ready when you arrive, despite there being three employees just standing around doing nothing. I placed an order online that said it would be ready by 4:26. When I got there at 4:45, I was informed it would take another 13 minutes. This is exactly why I called — to check if the chicken was ready! It's a perfect example of incompetence.

It was unfortunately overpriced for what amounted to a disappointing version of "fried chicken." I can't wait to share my terrible experience at the Minot KFC with my grandchildren – it almost drove me to drink again. (In summary, the chicken sandwich resembled something my infant son would create at his high chair.)

Waited 40 plus minutes for... read more Went on Father's day, right after church, to order a 16 pc all dark meal. They didn't have any chicken in the warmer or in the fryer. Waited 40 plus minutes for food, got home and was regular meal with half white meat. Sides were old and biscuits were hard. Spent 70 dollars and no one got full. Won't be doing that again.
