I placed an order online and when I arrived at the store they had not received the order. The staff had no idea how to rectify the issue so I was forced to reorder my sandwiches. I haven't been to Firehouse sub for a while but I went today it was not good it had onions on it I had an Italian sub which does not onion on it I have some weird dressing this is about the third time they screwed it up I won't be back View all feedback.

The food under the new ownership is much better. No soggy sandwiches! Service was great. The only negative is the store wasn’t very clean.

Had a great experience at Firehouse in Minot today! Woody was very helpful and gave us good suggestions! The rest of the crew was very friendly. Definitely recommend going!
