I cannot believe the number of times our order has been incorrect on DoorDash and even when ordering in person. This marks the 11th time this year that my children's food has arrived cold and stale. None of the food was made fresh and our order was completely wrong. This needs to be fixed or else Arby's will face significant issues in the future. View all feedback.
Food was good, service fast, order right. Only complaint is transit runway has a few deep pots.
