Charleys Philly Steaks - Minot Afb

I really enjoy Charleys at other locations, but this one didn't quite meet my expectations. I specifically requested no bacon on my fries, but unfortunately, they came with bacon anyway. The wait for food is quite long; however, I must admit that it is tasty and hot when it finally arrives. I understand that the staff seems to be overwhelmed, as I saw one girl working hard at the grill during lunchtime. It feels like they aren't fully equipped to manage the large number of customers during the busy lunch hours. I happened to visit on a particularly crowded day at the food court.

I visited on a Sunday and noticed that the restaurant was understaffed, with only one person handling all the duties. I understand how challenging this can be, but they're really doing their best with the resources they have.

They have recently revamped their menu to offer a wider variety of dishes. When my sandwich is prepared correctly, it tastes fantastic. However, the staff tends to be careless with the orders, and I frequently receive unwanted ingredients in my meal. Overall, though, it is definitely a significant improvement compared to last year.

They have since updated their menu to include a broader selection of food. When I can get my sandwich cooked properly, it is delicious. However, the employees are often very sloppy about making the orders and I usually wind up with unwanted ingredients included in my food. Overall it is still a vast improvement over last year.
