Dunkin' - Minooka

Save yourself the aggravation and go to the Dunkin in Minooka. The woman that owns that franchise is about the most ignorant person you could possibly deal with, and her staff answer the phone as if they’re annoyed. When they did not have an item I ordered on the app they claimed I had to call to get a refund. Did not provide me a phone number or any assistance to get my money back. Come to find out when I spoke to the other Duncan she could’ve refunded it because it was in her system. They are beyond ignorant, have no idea how to run a business and a complete waste of your energy.

Go to Starbucks across the street, don't waste your time going here they will screw up your order.

When I first walked in everyone just stared before they even greeted me then I continue to place my order my food was placed at the end of table while others was handed their orders

The owner is awesome but her staff could definitely be friendly. Girl with short hair was ignorant, and closed the window on me when I was talking, very unfortunate. If you really hate your job please go elsewhere. Really does affect your customers. I used to work at Dunkin and I never ever talked to customers like that.

Clean and fast service. Same quality coffee as always.
