The young woman who took our order was truly exceptional. I wish I knew her name so she could be personally acknowledged by her management. The drinks were prepared quickly and were absolutely delicious, just like the chocolates.
The staff at this location are fantastic! I arrived just after 4 PM and had trouble deciding what to order since I don't visit Caribou very often. The young woman who took my order was very helpful and friendly. The employee who handed me my drink also had a big, warm smile. Even though she was wearing a mask, her cheerful expression was evident. Overall, it was a great experience!
The person taking your order on weekday mornings is guaranteed to brighten your day. The staff is fantastic and the coffee is excellent. Just a tip: skip the game.
