Tinto Cocina Cantina - Minneapolis

We recently had a Saturday morning brunch for eight family members at a new place we were trying out for a special occasion. The experience surpassed my expectations. The drinks were incredible and expertly made. The margaritas were clearly made from scratch. All of the brunch dishes we ordered were well-made, well-presented, and delicious. Our family members who are food enthusiasts were very happy. We arrived at 10 am right when they opened, and the restaurant was not very busy. The manager served us and also tended the bar, so the service was excellent.

We ordered the roasted pork, beef, and shrimp tacos, and the shrimp tacos were outstanding. I woke up the next morning craving another one. We will definitely be coming back soon. The service was excellent, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the drinks were delicious.

Our group of four went to the restaurant on a Saturday night. The restaurant was not very busy. We ordered chips, salsa, and guacamole while looking at the menu. It took a long time for the appetizers to arrive. The chips were bland without any salt. The salsa was served in small, shallow bowls that made it difficult to dip the chips in. We had to ask multiple times for more water. Our main dishes were disappointing. Although we appreciated the homemade tortillas, they were very dry and broke apart when wrapping around the fillings. It was hard to believe that this was the same restaurant that had received great reviews in the local food scene. Our final bill, without any drinks or alcohol, was $90. Not recommended at all.

I 've driven by this establishment a few times and wondered how it was. Had a friend from out of town and considering this place is in my hood decided to try it. The server was great and the food was fantastic. The owner stopped by and talked with us and you could sense her enthusiasm about this place and the food they served. I 'm going back soon...and probably very often. Great food and good value!

I was nervous to try a new place for a special occasion. the whole experience surpassed my expectation. the drinks were amazing and well made. the marshähne were obviously made by kratzern. all the brunch dishes we ordered were well prepared, well presented and delicious. our family members of foodie were very satisfied. I should say we came at 10 o'clock as soon as they opened and the place was quite empty. the manager waited for us as well as bar-tended, so the service was also top-notch.
