Contribute FeedbackDespite mixed reviews, Patty Wagon seems to have both satisfied and disappointed customers. Some complained about the lackluster taste of the burgers and other menu items, slow service, and odd atmosphere. Others praised the food quality, mentioning the delicious waffle fries, onion rings, and hand-cut pommes. The service was described as attentive and friendly by some, while others found it lacking. Despite the inconsistencies, Patty Wagon may be worth a visit for those looking for a taste of old school American food at an affordable price.
This place is amazing. No frills, no fluff. Old school American food at an old school price. Type of place you can get a solid meal every single time. Jamie was our server, and deserves a promotion! She was excellent.
The burgers are fantastic and a little greedy. The fries seemed handcuff they were very good. We also loved the root beer float the ice was the best. Pretty good service, but our wings forgot so we broke them off. There is a surcharge for credit card use. Money is better for them, but prices are very reasonable. All in all, I would definitely recommend
I like to try a new burger every time I go to Minneapolis, and this place appeared when I was looking for the best burger. Wow, I was disappointed. I had McDonald's Burger with more taste than this one. Salt, pepper, ketchup and mustard didn't even help. I got the cheddar bacon Juicy Lucy, and there was no taste at all. The Pommes were okay. There was hardly anyone in there, but the service was so slow, and the waiting staff never checked me. I'm not back.
No bad price. You will get good size Juicy Lucy for the price here. We arrived at 19:00 and there was another table of 4 in the whole place. If you want a Spots Bar atmosphere, go next door.
We let our children choose the restaurant and they wanted to go to Patty Wagon. The service was great and they had a good selection of beers on tap. I got her signature burger coming with pulled pork, it was really good. The pommes were clearly fresh potatoes (not frozen) and they were perfectly seasoned. Our children loved the milkshakes. We go back, especially because the owner Washburn Sport supports.
