Stopped in to a childhood favorite, it just doesn't hit the same. The renovations over the years (while necessary, I think there was carpeting in the dining room! have unfortunately stripped some of the old charm away. And they don't use the classic metal cups to make giant malts anymore I remember getting a malt in a classic glass with the remainder on the side in that frosty cup. Consistently poor and slow service. We have been several times since it was renovated and have been disappointed every time.
Food was amazing and our server Jen was fun and incredibly nice. We will definitely be back!
Loved the bar side of the Malt Shop, cheese curds were phenomenal, $5 tap beer, and the service friendly and quick. I’ll be back!
Used to come here a lot when I was younger, but this was the first time since the remodel. The food and atmosphere were both great. The servers were very quick and friendly!
Family adventure day and stumbled across this spot and so glad we did. Our big ol teen boys loved the burgers that actually filled them up and the malts were such a treat after the hiking and heat. Definitely recommend if your in the area
