Last week of this place ordered. I was a customer of a few other local roasts, but (maybe it is because of my location) the beans on my door show a few hours later after the order is impressive. all other braids use ups or usps to bring the coffee to my door. that's not even as good as the drills are. the frying is noticeable and the beans are ultra fresh when I get them. sometimes I have to wait a few days until they get out. this is the part of a super fresh coffee! the only thing that is missing for me are some information about the coffee on the website, such as frying level, height, as it is processed, etc.

MN coffee lovers alert! this place is a shade. we are Ethiopian yrgacheffe coffee lovers, especially natural processed fruity sorts. have had this from barefooters roasters (santa clara ca) where we discovered blueberries and sweet in coffee, lighthouse roasters (seattle), a few san francisco bratereien and a series of mn bratereien. only barefoot comes near the wonderful roasts jeremy routinely received. this is super roasted coffee and we now consistently enjoy the best coffee we've ever had. protect and thankful jeremy. also respond to ask re: the frying that we very much appreciate. they do not live in mpls? no problem. we get 2 lb shipped every 10 days and it makes this both pain-free and affordable (compare to local röstern).
