The Brooklyn Restaurant And Bar

My husband and I haven't sung here since the COVID. We tried it for a relaxing week. Our server Jackie was amazing. It was very busy, but she didn't let her express. For a starter we had the cheese cures that were very good. Dinner was a perfectly cooked steak, potatoes and fresh vegetables. It was all very good. Dessert was amazing that I had the brownie with Nutella and ice. My husband had the berry cake with ice cream. Both desserts were excellent and a great way to complete our culinary experience. There were other employees who brought drinks etc. I didn't get their names, but the staff. We look forward to returning.

Not recommended for lunch. The service was too slow and they did not seem to care.

After a round in Edinburgh had a meal at the Brooklyn Restaurant. Spacious, comfortable seating areas. We had lunch, so it wasn't very busy. Fast, attentive service. Food arrived faster than expected. Very good food. I'm sure I want to eat here again when I play Edinburgh.

For the first time for dinner at 5:00 we were the only guests back then. A few other people at the bar not busy so that my expectation was quite low was surprised honest how good the food was Is the dry rubbed wings were great I definitely go back

Really good! Neat menu for restaurant week. The team was working triple hard tonight. They were vastly understaffed, but cheerful never the less. We felt the understaffing in the timing of water refills, plate timing, etc, but the food was tasty!
