I really like going to Sencha occasionally for a sweet treat. I like the different boba that they have, and they even have some desserts. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to try boba or a yummy treat! Vegetarian options: I believe everything besides a few of the snacks are all vegetarian. Dietary restrictions: They have coconut, oat, lactose free, gluten free, and almond milk options. Kid-friendliness: No ina... View all feedback.
What Yusuf Smith doesn't like about Sencha Tea:
I walk into order a tea but I Quickly had to use the bathroom I acknowledged customer service and tour what I was doing. She said when you with the service and customers only she quickly judged me. So I went back and asked for the key to the restroom and the restroom did not have toilet paper. So I had to call to get toilet paper in there. Today was the first time I felt disrespected and judged on my race. I've been... View all feedback.

Epic boba. I recommend the chia tea freeze with double tapioca pearls
Bring a sweater! It's super cold inside and if you want to come in and do some remote work or a long chat, you might get chilly. Not sure why it's so cold inside. You have to plan ahead on coming here because of all the construction which is absolute madness. Lots of traffic and confusion. On the other hand, they have tons of really cool looking treats, all based on Alice in Wonderland cartoons. They're mostly all sweets even though they do have some bagels and other foods. The bubble teas are great and you can substitute water for tea or milk if you don't want any caffeine. Vegetarian options: Mostly vegetarian items. Dietary restrictions: Items can be substituted. Parking: Lots of construction in front. Hard to find parking. Kid-friendliness: Somewhat kid friendly. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible but with all the construction right now it makes things difficult.
Overall amazing experience. Sent there every day for a consecutive week since it was near a summer program I attended, Mity. The service was amazing and they provided plenty of vegan alternatives to the drinks. I personally preferred the Mango and coconut and Peach cooler with no tapioca pearls if anyone wants a suggestion. You won't regret!
Stopped here on our last night in Minnesota as we were there for a wedding, and boba options seemed slim in the Minneapolis area (we're used to lots of options in Phoenix). It was between Sencha, Niko Niko, or Tiger Milk as far as review scores went, since we're willing to drive 10-20 miles for good boba. Decided on Sencha as the reviews were generally more favorable. We ordered a Royal Milk Tea, a Taro milk tea, and a Midnight milk tea (wintermelon), and unfortutely all three of them were very, very bland. The Midnight had the most flavor by far, but the brown sugar milk tea and the taro tasted like 90% water. I've had probably thousands of milk teas all over the country, and I've actually never had a Brown Sugar Milk Tea that tasted like this or was this bland, to the extent that I honestly doubted if there was even any milk or brown sugar in it? It just tasted like watered down black tea with maybe a splash of milk in it, and thank god I ordered boba in it, because that was literally the only sweetness in the drink. I understand some places make them sweeter or less sweet than other businesses, but many places offer a sliding scale for sweetness. 50% sweetness, 75% sweetness, full sweet. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt that their drinks normally actually taste like milktea, because this was pretty terrible. The staff were very nice to be clear, and the place has a cozy, cute atmosphere that would fit in perfectly with all of the 5 star places we frequent in Arizona. It's a shame, because this is really our one and only impression of Sencha. Hopefully they can dial-in their recipes a bit more and do some quality control, and I feel like it can easily become a 5-star establishment! Parking: Free parking in the vicinity, street parking available when the road is not under construction
