I tried the curbside pickup option and it went smoothly. I ordered the rice plate with steak and really enjoyed the Pita bread they served. I always make sure to grab a 2 pack of their delicious chocolate chip cookies. I was satisfied with the portion size and the food tasted fresh and healthy, unlike most fast food places. I will definitely be returning.

Especially the falafels here are of excellent quality; unlike most other falafels I had, say of Naf Naf, Holy Land, or Falafel King, these have a light and crispy appearance and a few whole chickpeas inside that add to the fluffy texture and homemade flavor. I found the rōti chicken cooked and seasoned well with evocative Mediterranean flavors. I recommend the yogurt pill, roasted red pepper and garlic sauce with any salad or bowl. For a fast casual place, Rōti definitely puts the bar on quality. I hope they reach the scale of Naf Naf or even Chipotle sometime. Really great food.

The sinks are out of order, and there's no hand sanitizer by the entrance. Where am I supposed to wash my hands after using the restroom? I saw an employee leav... read more The sinks are out of order, and there's no hand sanitizer by the entrance. Where am I supposed to wash my hands after using the restroom? I saw an employee leave the bathroom with a broken sink and head straight back to work... The sink basin was completely dry, with no water at all. The staff were cold and distant while I was placing my order, and they became downright rude when I asked for a refund. I can definitely relate to the other reviews about the poor service. The location is also lacking; unlike the vibrant, walkable neighborhoods where other Roti locations are found, this one is stuck in a strip mall. I really don’t understand their choice for this spot.
