McDonald's - Minneapolis

It was a super busy afternoon, and I'm not even sure why, because it was 2-3pm, so not lunch rush or dinner rush. But the line was about 10 cars deep when I got there. While I was ordering my food, the woman was extremely rude, again and again... and I only ordered a combo meal. Unfortunately when I got home with my food, I got to find out the everything was super stale. The fries werent crispy and were gross I had asked for no salt... which did not happen), the chicken nuggets were old and stale had been refried to bring them up to temp and recrisp them... which just makes the outside nasty and greasy. The woman even tried to charge me for any dipping sauce, until someone told her in the headset that we get 2 with the meal... We arent expecting a whole lot when ordering from McDonald's... but middle of the road for the price we're paying would atleast be nice.

Good service at the drive-thru, and the food has always been good here. The drive-thru line goes pretty quicky. No complaints!

These guys are nice, efficient, and always get my order right! Never had an issue here in 2 years.

I like this McDonald's because A the lobby is usually open B the seats are actually ok and I don't feel like I'm in a messy store C the wifi rules D as long as u buy something they leave you alone and E the fries are always hot here. Service isn't bad either. They are nicer here then the Broadway one

They are finally open inside! I tend to get my food earlier there’s just better service depending on the day you go. I usually tend to spend a hefty amount for the kiddos here and most times it’s right. The update looks amazing too. The store has new management and he’s a very hard worker and literally cares about the guests. When he’s in any store trust me you get it right the first time. Him and his wife have done a good job claiming this place it took time! I still wish the update didn’t take the baby changing station. I’m telling you i don’t like changing diapers in the car.. I’m way past this with my kiddos but I’m fighting for families with babies.. Please get a baby changing station installed!! It’s no fun when they literally go all over themself and we have to bend on the floor to change them we feel less humane..
