What Kaku Ephraim doesn't like about Maison Margaux:
Food portion is for the petite. Came hungry, left hangry. The burger is over cooked, the lamb chops only give you four pieces, and the au... steak while delicious was portioned to feed a infant chihuahua. French onion soup was good though, good amount too. Prices are way too high for somewhere that I had to order half the menu and still leave hungry. Please eat before you come. View all feedback.
The best French food outside of France, the most amazing ambiance in Minneapolis, and the most hardworking kind staff. Family-owned and a must try!
The food was good, unfortunately it took 2 hours to receive our diner for a 8:15 reservations. Had the seafood dinner, and it was room temperature at best. I'm not sure I would try this place again.
Our server Hannah was superb! We were just here this evening celebrating our wedding anniversary. First time attendees. Wow. Great patio, super neat atmosphere and beyond exquisite food.

Service was fantastic, however the food was very lacking for the price. Our appetizer was the best item we ate, tomato and onion Piperade with tuna. The oui burger was very dry and the biggest disappointment. When ordering the burger we asked if they would cook it to to temp and them claimed they “they cook it all the way through but cook it a special way to still come out juicy”. Think you need to double check your process or chef… a place that can’t cook a burger is a bad sign.. our chicken was debatably under cooked but also needed more sauce due to a lack of seasoning overall. Drink menu was disappointing for the style of establishment.
