I had the Tom Yum soup, and it was absolutely delicious! It was tangy, savory, spicy, and served piping hot. I really loved it! I opted for the mildly spicy version, and the onions were really tasty too. View all feedback.
The fried porkbelly is almost all fat... It does not look the same as before, dont order this. The curry is great.
Ordered through door dash about 3 weeks back and food was spectacular.Ordered through their website to try to get more money to the local restaurant, not only did they either miss or forget our order, but calling the listed number called the owners cell phone. There was some minor confusion about the order, but she called back 10 minutes later to indicate the food was on the way.Food arrived an hour later. So, delayed 2 hours, food was clearly rushed and very mediocre, likely would have not received dinner had I not called.I think this was my last order from Khun Nai Thai the experience was just that bad.Edit:A representative of the restaurant reached out to explain the situation and was able to offer a refund. I've updated the review to reflect this above and beyond service. I will be ordering from KhunNai Thai again.
There is a wheel chair ramp up to the front door! There is mostly street parking nearby, and with all the snow I'm not sure how close a wheel chair vehicle could park, but this restaurant is worth it.The hostess is very hospitable and spoke to us right away, and asked us to wait one moment while she finished some work. Then she seated us got us some waters and came back to check on us at great times. The gyo zho sp? (chicken dumplings) were amazing. The crispiest i have ever had, so well done.I have the mixed veggie stir fry with pork and medium spice, and for me the medium spice was spot on! It tasted so good.I also got a milk tea and the tea was robust and flavorful and it helped to balance the spice nicely. The atmosphere was nicely balanced, quiet background music to make for easy conversation. Not packed at lunch time so that was nice.Vegetarian options: They have tofu, mock duck, and veggie dishes.Parking: With all the snow its difficult for passengers to get out of cars, and climbing the snow pile to get to the sidewalk is a feat.Wheelchair accessibility: The front door has a nice wheelchair ramp
Had a wonderful date night at Khun Nai this past weekend! It wasn't too busy but also realized it's a much larger restaurant as they only have half the dining area open. The host was incredibly polite and friendly! We ordered some crispy wings and some Thai papaya salad to start. We got the mild papaya salad and still burned out tongue and face! The crispy wings came out steaming and absolutely delicious. I ordered a shrimp pad Thai and my husband got the Oxtail curry that he said was absolutely phenomenal. My pad Thai was tasty but unfortunately the noodles were very mushy and unpleasant. Other than that, everything else was fantastic!
The food was delicious! We ordered pad thai, basil fried rice, and lettuce wraps. We ordered it level 5 spicy- although they underestimated our spice tolerance (understandably so in the midwest! they quickly rectified the situation with chili crisp! The staff was very friendly.
