Very disappointed in the poor customer service my party and I received. This is not our first time here and it may be the last. We waited an hour for our food to arrive. We were very patient, as we could see they were busy. Unfortunately after our food arrived, we did not receive any plates. It took them approx. ten mins to acknowledge us when we kept waving them down for assistance. Even after receiving our plates, they did not come back to ask us if we needed anything, how the food was, etc… (things they’ve done before when we’ve been here). We saw servers coming back and forth, assisting other tables around us. After multiple attempts to wave them down when we ran low/out of our water, it took them FOREVER to even come. It felt intentional that they were ignoring us, which may have not been the case but when you have multiple people from the same party wave you down… it is annoying to say the least. We were asking for bare minimum. Plates for our food, water refills and more napkins… During our dinner, we noticed other parties arrive and they turned them away. I’m not sure what that was about because shortly after turning away two parties, they sat the next one down. All in all, food was amazing but the poor customer service does not make up for it.
Visited the place, it’s very good for anyone who is in the area and looking for Indian vegetarian food. You will find reasonable alternatives in their menu.
We eat here all of the time. Myself and my kids LOVE it. Wonderful buffet during the day to try an assortment of Korean dishes. Perfect for first...
