Gyu-kaku Japanese Bbq - Minneapolis

The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. However, it could benefit from some music to enhance the ambiance. I wasn't too keen on overhearing a family complaining about the cuts to the C team basketball girls.

The atmosphere was fantastic, and it was a lot of fun to select and cook our own meats. However, I felt that the portion size for the price wasn't very generous, and I often had to look for our water. Overall, it's definitely a fun place to visit at least once.

We visited a Japanese BBQ restaurant in Minnesota for the first time to celebrate our anniversary, and it exceeded our expectations. If you choose the group or course menu, be prepared for an abundance of food—more than you can finish! The option for two people could easily satisfy four, especially if you add on a side or two.

We had a great time. The service was fantastic. The food was really good, and the ambiance was really nice. Really enjoyed the miso soup and salad (really good dressing). Definitely liked some of the meats better than others but still so much food nobody left hungry. Will definitely go back.

I really like Japanese BBQ, I like the way that they season the meats and the different sauces that they provide really compliments the meats. There is a spicy sauce, a sweet soy and ponzu. We got the option that was $80 they have this on happy hour also. This was enough for two people we also got some appetizers. The spicy tuna, takoyaki and edamame that was included in the first meat option. The service was fast and friendly. I would recommend this place for a date night for sure.
