Great Steak - Minneapolis

Great Steak is easily one of my favorite sandwich joints. Their food is consistently tasty...and...reasonably-priced. My only complaint is: I wish there were more of them around. : This was my second visit to this location. Both times...the service was very good. The two gentlemen working are always talkative...and...kind. I ordered the veggie sandwich...as usual. They have nice mix of veggies...and...mushrooms...which are grilled perfectly. I ordered an original Philly cheese sandwich. I ordered the large sized meal, so came with a diet Pepsi and some fries. The sandwich was well made, but it was really lacking something, I wish I had some hot sauce or jalapenos to put on it. It didn't taste up to par. Fries are pretty standard. The customer service was really nice. Took a pretty long time to finish the order.

Our Philly Steak sandwiches were fabulous! They were perfectly seasoned with melted cheese and great bread. There is plenty of seating and service was great. Great quality for the price.

Never open, wouldn't bother going, I have tried multiple times with no success. The hours online are wrong and the restaurant closes in the middle of the day. Phone number is disconnected.

LOVE this place, food is amazing! I always go off menu and build my own chicken philly (mayo and tomato on a philly makes no sense to me). You can build your philly with meat, cheese, lettuce, onion, green pepper, black olives, and jalapeno's and it's phenomenal! Their fries are pretty good too but I've never had anything else on their menu.
