GOOD: the food amazing BAD: Supposed to be a non tipping establishment but a 20% service charge is added to support the staff living wage… so the employer instead of paying their employees 20% more is charging the customer.. the staff does little to no effort to be friendly, interactions are quick and dry. New entrant to what had been a pretty entrenched list of top restaurants in Minneapolis. Everything I've had on both the food and the cocktail lists has been on point, with great service to go with it.
I absolutely love this place and am thankful NE gets to have this gem! Highly recommend the “chicken” sandwich and the potato salad.
Very good burger, and beer on draft was nice and cold, fries were perfectly seasoned and crispy, if I'm ever in Minneapolis again I'll definitely stop by again
Life-changing burger experience that I haven 't been able to stop thinking about. Beautiful, clean place with extremely friendly staff. Best vegan burger I 've experienced in my 9 years eating plant based. Even my meat eating boyfriend said his baconator was amazing. Can 't wait to make a trip back to Minneapolis just to go to Francis.
Great burger and milkshake- friendly staff and very cute interior. Street parking in a kind of busy area.
