El Toro is a great little neighborhood find. It's casual, comfortable, and affordable. The atmosphere is fun with kitschy bright colors and murals. The food is always good. Nothing fancy of course, but all your favorites and then some on a huge menu. We've never been disappointed. View all feedback.
