Expect to wait longer than intended. We were seated 20 minutes after our reservation time, then after ordering we waited 30 minutes between each dish. The staff were clearly overstretched and were unable to provide updates on the delay. Once we finally got our food, I was mostly disappointed since over half the dishes were underseasoned. We loved eating at Colita! The price point is higher but you definitely pay for the beautiful ambience and presentation. The dishes are small so would recommend ordering a few of these family style and going for the drinks...wait until you see their unique take on a salt rim!
Me and my fiancé celebrate all of our special occasions here. It’s a wonderful twist on Latin fusion food. I would happily suggest this place to anyone. If you’re lucky maybe you’ll get there in time for ribs!(they always sell out, so go early)
Had dinner here a few times. Each time has been great. I love the fermented drinks. So far not a bad dish. Not cheap but good.
Delicious unique cocktails and a really nice atmosphere.
I sat at the bar without needing a reservation. I ordered the beef tartare, octopus al pastor, and a fried green tomato salad. Everything was fantastic!
