The only reason I dont give 5 stars is the price they charge for a cocktail. $6.50 during a time that should be happy hour! Suffice it to say that did not make me very happy. Otherwise it is a nice place, nice atmosphere, clean, friendly people, and a diverse crowd that reflects the neighborhood. I probably should have drank cheap beer, which is only $3.25-3.50, if you buy two. View all feedback.

At Cliff and Norm's Bar, I love spending happy hour with friends while enjoying drinks and playing darts. It's a great spot, and their happy hour deals are fantastic. You can even take advantage of a two-for-one offer! I truly enjoy my time at Cliff and Norm's Bar.
Fun place. White and black nobody sees color here. Good drinks, musicabd security. Safe hole in the wall bar. No kitchen.

The bar boasts an impressive selection of beers and alcoholic beverages to choose from. In the back, you'll find darts and pool tables, and there are even pull tabs available, which is a nice touch! Plus, the DJ plays amazing music from your favorite artists, making for a memorable evening out!
