A & J Fish & Chicken - Minneapolis

The food is amazing! I had the steakburger and my husband got the Wels-Nuggets and the kids got chicken wings. We will definitely come back! The only thing is that the Tge Styrofoam container melted a little from the heat of food, but the food was good. I recommend this place and the workers were very nice and friendly!

Just brilliant. Everything is served perfectly hot and this is incredible. After a long waiting period I found a place that served all hot and fresh. I ordered wings and fish comb and it was Jum. I will definitely visit again. The staff is very friendly and prompt. Loved the service too.

I tried this place today. I tried the fried chicken. It was decent for fried chicken. My only complaint is it was a little salty for my taste. Not bad overall. I really liked the hot sauce. Also got a piece of the 7up pound cake. Not as good as my Aunt Pearl's but nobody makes it like that. My uncle proposed to her because of that cake.

First time, ordered 2 catfish strip meals, it was a lot of fish, at 6 or 7 strips, 6 piece chicken wings. The fish was decent but was missing something in the seasoning. The chicken wing definitely need more seasoning, we ordered plain. Not a fan of the fries, coleslaw was ok.

Excellent customer service. Reasonable amount of food/prices. Crust on fish was a little too hard. I'm going to try again though to make sure it wasn't just a one time thing with the crust because there was excellent customer service.
