This was the worst service I have ever experienced. There was a large sign instructing customers to wait to be seated, but after 15 minutes, no one came to assist us. When I inquired, I was told that I needed to order food and find a spot in the restaurant to eat. The monstrous veggie plate was both delicious and vegan. I barely made a dent before I was full, so be ready to bring leftovers home! There are not only tons of vegan options, most can be made GF or GF with minimal changes. Updated by previous review on 2022-07-07
Love her falafel and pita. You have great wraps and hummus, the salad bowls are also good. Great option and would recommend it too.
I love the Falafel. If vegan, pay attention to sauce the dish comes with (some sauces included milk). The server liked to replace my with Tahini sauce, which is well paired with the Falafel. The food is fresh and delicious I would definitely come back here.
Wally's Falafel and Hummus all the items in the meny was great! The Falafel is I think the best I had not only in the Twin Cities, but so far in the US. Loved the mint lemonade very refreshing (but maybe sugary ; . Loved lamb chops and kababs. It seemed the time when we went there, they maybe were under staffed. The food came little late. The staff had to be reminded about drink order. For dinner parking was available. However, I think when the univerisity is on session during office hours parking mabye hard.
Started going here about 5 years ago and will keep going, amazing food and at a great price. Staff is always friendly and food never takes very long. The best shawarma in the twin cities by far. Everything i’ve had on their menu has been fenomenal. My favorite restaurant on the Minnesota campus.Food: 5/5
