checked into this hotel, went to bar for some cocktails before dinner and discovered that the restaurant next to the bar had a partnership with the herbivorous butcher! we had an incredibly good laundry plate, followed by a vegan surf and razor plate. I'm still stunned! View all feedback.

How do you screw pancakes? I had to send them back because they were cooked. the second time they came back exactly the same. even worse, they were salty and tasted as if they were using caro syrup in the mix. not good. the server was friendly, but my quality, $35 for pancakes and speck and I couldn't even finish them. Might be one of the best fake-meat based meals I’ve ever had. This place really goes the extra mile for vegans and vegetarians. The server was knowledgeable about veganism and has tried all the menu items so helped us decide. The “surf and turf” was exceptional and the charcuterie board from Herbivorous Butcher really fun and tasty. Normally I would expect to be depressed eating at a hotel restaurant; outside of the Wynn hotels, they’re not really known for caring about vegans. Circumstance forced me to eat here but I enjoyed it so much I’ll be back again for sure.

It is far beyond what they expect from hotel restaurant. we were so happy not to eat in the city! rib and half the hen we have. both great. ah, and unexpected rührei burrito to breakfast ...
