The sisig meat was tender and cooked just right when served by the Ate Chef. In most other versions, the pork meat gets immediately charred from the overly hot sizzling plate. Other ingredients like onion, green pepper and liver were carefully proportioned so that the pork meat dominates the taste and look of the entire dish, not the extenders. Also, there's no unwanted raw egg on top, no mayonnaise, no carrots, no cheese mixed in. This is barebones, perfectly cooked sisig. Finally, there's cold beer available, which we all know is sisig's time-honored partner. May return soon.
