We all ordered the small chicken fried steak, which turned out to be quite large. Our server, Missy, was delightful, and we had a pleasant chat with the owner, Melissa. The food was delicious and tasted like a homemade meal. This restaurant is a hidden gem that is definitely worth a visit, just a short detour off I-20 in Mingus.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here. The food even had a unique twist that set it apart from typical country fare. The owners, originally from Maryland, have brought a bit of the east coast to this establishment. I would highly recommend making the detour off the interstate and driving three miles to visit this hidden gem.
