My wife and I, along with our best friends, visited this restaurant for a late lunch on Saturday, July 13th, 2024. We all ordered the small chicken fried steak, which turned out to be quite large. Our server, Missy, was delightful, and we had a pleasant chat with the owner, Melissa. The food was delicious and tasted like a homemade meal. This restaurant is a hidden gem that is definitely worth a visit, just a short detour off I-20 in Mingus.
I adore this restaurant! The staff is amazing and the food is consistently delicious. Plus, on select Sunday nights they host a Christian karaoke night that is incredibly enjoyable!
This restaurant is a quaint country diner in a small town. The food is delicious and hearty, the service is top-notch, and the décor is charmingly rustic. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here. The food even had a unique twist that set it apart from typical country fare. The owners, originally from Maryland, have brought a bit of the east coast to this establishment. I would highly recommend making the detour off the interstate and driving three miles to visit this hidden gem.
