Unfortunately, this time it was absolutely terrible, and we couldn't bring... read more I recently visited Que Pasa, where I usually enjoy the special margarita every week. Unfortunately, this time it was absolutely terrible, and we couldn't bring ourselves to drink them. To our surprise, we were still charged for the drinks. When we approached the manager politely and requested not to be charged for a $14 drink that we hadn’t touched, she was extremely rude, blaming us for ordering something we didn’t like. I’ve never encountered such poor customer service in my life. The manager didn’t apologize or show any remorse at all. I just wanted to share this experience with my friends and family to highlight the kind of service we received at this restaurant.

Pricing was reasonable and the portions are ample.The restaurant appears clean. . I'm glad we stopped at QuePasa . We will eat there again soon..

When we reached the register, we voiced our dissatisfaction and made it clear we didn’t want to pay for drinks we hadn’t consumed. To our surprise, the server refused to remove the charges, offer any discount, or even provide a basic apology. Having worked as a server myself, I understand the importance of addressing customer concerns. Instead, she seemed to imply that it was our fault for not liking the drinks and showed little regard for our experience. When we explained that we felt it was unfair to pay for something we didn’t enjoy, she threatened to call the police over a $14.99 charge. This reaction struck me as absurd, especially since we dine there at least once a week. It was disheartening to witness such a lack of customer care. I would have rather given a generous tip than pay for a drink I didn’t like. They could have at least offered to adjust the price to that of a regular margarita or attempted to improve the flavor of their new special. I’m genuinely disappointed that we now feel we can’t return to one of my favorite restaurants in our small town. This was the worst treatment I’ve ever experienced as a customer, and it’s sad to have to bid farewell to a place we once cherished.
