Called ahead of online order to see if they were able to toast buns yet. They said yes, but none of the sandwiches were toasted as requested. No cheese on one of the sandwiches as requested. The sandwiches over all were lousy and overly 'messy '. The 2 employees working were not friendly at all. I think they were in a big hurry to close up per the sign on the door, saying they were closing early. Wont be ordering from this store again anytime soon. I have to say, the staff, while maybe not being the most oriented to a more formal customer service, are very easy to connect with and help make sandwich dreams come true. Seriously. I had an amazing sandwich here. I GASPED when I saw they put together the perfect sandwich, exactly what I had been craving for days. I still am thinking about it. I have heard that they do sometimes seem to try to close early, it seems this is a theme for a number of Minerva fast food spots. The store has been clean and the food has been good when I have dropped in.
