Whataburger - Mineral Wells

Sadly one of the worst Whataburger’s I’ve ever eaten in. Very rarely go anymore. Went to the one in Graham last week and enjoyed it!

My disabled Son and I came in to the Graham Whataburger. Great customer service! Great food and it was nice and clean! The lady who waited on us was AWESOME! I highly recommend this Whataburger!

Decided to stop here when I got off work. I got the honey butter chicken biscuit. They need to remove this off their menu. I have tried it before and both times the biscuits were hard as bricks and dry as a desert. Then the chicken strip they place on there is always a whole bunch of over cooked breaded form with hardly any chicken. They served this to me out of the window with a smile after we waited for 30 minutes. At this point, there is nothing there to order for me. I really never understood why people eat here. I always have buyer's regret once I leave.

The manager Jody went on break before I could place my order. Leaving me at the counter with no service. The rest of the store was getting slamed. It took 20 mins for a number 1. Not complaining, but while the manager sits and eats In the dining room ? Thanks for the awesome service JODY
