On December 21, 2020 I went to chicken express (cewp) in willow park. when I came home, I discovered the okra and Slav I ordered were filled with kartoffels and French pommes. I have made a picture of the actual food and the acknowledgement. I didn't call cewp like I found today. since I was home and did not want me to order the order I thought the copy of the document was sufficient proof of the error. today 18th februar 2021) I returned to cewp and after talking with two employed who were polite, the manager came out and I explained the situation for the third time. the manager asked if I had called the load this day. I said I didn't do when I didn't want to drive back. (care, if this customer doesn't know that his internal complaint protocol) the manager said that he didn't know whether the photo was doctoral or similar speeches that led that I somehow tried to cheat them. I then asked him if he called me a lousy (what he was) and he said in the round, we're done here. as a former managing director of a fortune 500 company I have treated many customer complaints, but never one of these bad ones. he offered to fix it, but the principles must have prevailed. his argument, as shown, was in the grunde that a completely unrepresentable phone call on December 21 was better proof than a final photo of the actual ordering with the input. I don't agree.

We visited this chicken e location almost weekly. do not let the long line pass it intimately....it moves quickly! the workers will even bring their orders to them when someone is waiting for their food before them, but you are ready. we are always served with a smile. they have absolutely the best icy ever! we love their chicken tenders and their fish fillets!

Restaurant needs improvement! the orders are constantly wrong with stale biscuits. a friendly atmosphere is also missing. do I want my old classic chicken E experience?

This place is the original Chicken Express. If you’re from up north like me, you must try this place. The tenders are amazing!! You get gravy for dipping, and you really should try the Serandipity salt packets. Yum, yum, yum!

I ordered tenders with mozzarella sticks. The tenders tasted similar to Churches Chicken, but I am a fan of Popeyes.
