The customer service at this restaurant was excellent, the prices were very reasonable, and the staff was very patient while I placed my order. They didn't rush me to choose my toppings, and the pizza I had was absolutely wonderful - the best I've ever had. They also offer the option to have any pizza made in a heart shape, which is a nice touch. View all feedback. What User doesn't like about Mrjims.pizza:
As a loyal customer I was always treated with respect until I put in a complaint a few weeks ago with a night manager that called me a female dog. I will never be back.the lady manager needs a little more training on how to handle customers View all feedback.
