I 've recently started trying to cut down on the amount of carbs I eat and so I literally googled keto bakery . I 'm so glad I stumbled upon this shop. Their menu includes keto cookies, vegan bars and biscuits. I ordered a little bit of everything and was so excited to surprise my sister with these goodies. I messaged Tom and he replied to me right away. It was kind of a last minute order but he was still able to make everything by the time I needed it. Everything was delicious. The cookies were not dry and they all had great flavor. Now the vegan bars were so freaking good, I literally could not stop eating them. I got the pumpkin and banana flavor. I feel like I could eat the entire box in one sitting... but I have some self control. The biscuits were really good, couldn 't even tell that they weren 't made with regular flour. I cannot stop thinking about how good everything was, Tom is a genius! Pick up was easy! If you 're trying out the low carb lifestyle, this is the place to try, you will not be disappointed!

They're not just for low carb diets just note that the texture is a bit different compared to a standard cookie (closer to an oatmeal cookie . These cookies are amazing. My favorite is the white chocolate macadamia, so crisp and moist. If you want a delicious savory treat try the bacon jalapeño biscuits, makes a great midday brunch treat!
