The food was prep... read more Cuyana offers diners something very different to what the other restaurants in the area do, so it 's a good place if you are craving a change. The food was prepared perfectly and the presentation was lovely, but I didn 't feel it was very good value for money being the same price as the meat tasting menu, and offering much cheaper ingredients. The 7 courses were almost all vegetables and fruit and really no legumes or grains were used. For me, it also fell a little short of a 'fine dining ' experience as it lacked originality in some of the courses (one dessert was banana tempura and some fresh fruit), but I hope with more vegan diners, it will improve.
