Never again. The best place to eat Spanish in Minden is still El Toro. The prawns in oil were very good, but that's about it. I was particularly disappointed with the bacon-wrapped dates, which unfortunately were too burnt. The aioli wasn't really tasty, neither were the potato wedges. The two of us were there on Good Friday. It is clean and nicely decorated. We tried a variety of tapas. Olives, chicken, prawns, aioli, ham, meatballs, pimentos and potatoes. Everything was delicious, but our insider tip is the mushrooms! I can't remember ever eating mushrooms this good. Dipping the oil with the mushroom broth with bread afterwards was a dream. The tinto and sangria were served with fresh, sweet apples and orange pieces. The service was very friendly and accommodating. Clear recommendation! The usual plate with bread/dip beforehand is not available here (of course it is not mandatory, it should only be noted). A feel-good atmosphere didn't really want to arise. The outdoor restaurant was of course now closed, but it didn't look like I would feel comfortable there either (the impression arose before I entered the restaurant). I would like to give a positive mention to the service. She was really really nice.
