Olives, chicken, prawns, aioli, ham, meatballs, pimientos, and potatoes. Everything was delicious, but our personal favorite was the mushrooms! I can't remember ever having such good mushrooms. Dipping the oil with the mushroom juices and then adding bread was heavenly. The red wine and sangria were served with fresh, sweet apples and orange segments. The service was very friendly and attentive. Highly recommended!

The atmosph... read more We visited Tapas Locas for the first time yesterday. The service was excellent, very attentive and friendly. The food was fresh and truly delicious. The atmosphere could be a bit cozier, but everything else more than made up for it.

Never again. For Spanish food in Minden, El Toro is still the best place to go. The shrimp in oil were very good, but that was it. I was particularly disappoint... read more Never again. For Spanish food in Minden, El Toro is still the best place to go. The shrimp in oil were very good, but that was it. I was particularly disappointed with the bacon-wrapped dates, which were unfortunately too burnt. The aioli wasn't particularly tasty, nor were the potato wedges. The usual plate of bread/dip beforehand isn't available here (it's not mandatory, of course, just a note). A cozy atmosphere didn't really emerge. The outdoor dining area was closed, of course, but it didn't look as if I would feel comfortable there either (that impression was already there before I entered the restaurant). I'd also like to highlight the service. It was really very nice.

The best place to eat Spanish in Minden is still El Toro. The prawns in oil were very good, but that was it.
