Staff consistently friendly and fast. I think it's a good thing to do. For good food you have to pay something. It wasn't the last time we were here.

Plates preheated, food served hot! The chapati could have been a little softer. The service is friendly and works quickly. The tables on the balcony were dirty today! Unfortunately, the table linen inside wasn't clean either. The lamb with yogurt was missing salt.

The menu offers a good selection of Indian specialties. We opted for the ginger and garlic soup as a starter and the duck nilgiri – both were a real treat. It came with naan and various dips, ranging from spicy and hot to pleasantly sweet and mild. Overall, absolutely delicious!!! We were quite full and the generous portions left us completely satisfied. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We would describe the atmosphere as cozy. You could happily dine there like a maharaja (king) more often. The Minden City Theatre, the cathedral, and the central bus station are all very close by.
