This McDonald's experience was disappointing. I waited about 10 to 15 minutes for my order, and no one seemed to acknowledge it. This McDonald's experience was disappointing. I waited about 10 to 15 minutes for my order, and no one seemed to acknowledge it. I asked if someone could assist me, but they just kept saying they would be right there. After waiting so long and feeling frustrated, I decided to leave.
The staff was very friendly, but it took over 20 minutes for my food to arrive, and I felt like I had been forgotten. Additionally, my shake was incorrect—I ordered strawberry, but they gave me vanilla instead.
The experience was disappointing; it was only open for takeout. The entrance was somewhat confusing to navigate.

Had been very friendly and courteous by manager, as ordered even came to check us and make sure everything was good.
