This is a simple-fare place, only booths, counter order, you know the type. The menu is as compact as the restaurant, too; fried chicken and/or catfish, (shrimp oysters as well). We were looking so forward to an oyster dinner. They used to have the best. Now I'd have to say it was the worst meal I've ever had in Minden. They used to cook them in cornmeal. Now, it's a breading coat on there that is absolutely horrible. It was hard to find any oyster in there, as you can see in the photos. I never once even tasted oyster.
