We are not sure why we chose to eat at an American steakhouse in Japan, especially since we were visiting from the US. With so many options for enjoying Wagyu and Kobe beef, the USDA choice steak just doesn't measure up. Additionally, it is quite expensive. Paying $78 for a 200g tough sirloin steak is not worth it. Perhaps locals looking for something different might enjoy it, but for visitors, there are plenty of other dining options available.
Very nice venue. Quiet and great ambiance. The rack of lamb was fairly bland but the braised short rib was excellent. However, even though it wasn't busy, 8 pm on a week night, we frequently had trouble getting the attention of wait staff.
We had an excellent dining experience at BLT steakhouse. We decided to bring our 11 month old son for an early dinner when the restaurant was not too busy. We were pleasantly surprised by how accommodating the restaurant was for our son, with a high chair, utensils, and a kids menu available. The staff was attentive and made sure our son had a great time during dinner. The steak is on par with other BLT locations worldwide, known for their quality and service. While prices may be higher in Tokyo compared to the US, it is well worth it for those living abroad or for steak enthusiasts looking for a top-notch USDA Prime steak during their visit.
Starting to use as a go-to place for business lunches. Great food, service and value!
