Topper's Pizza - Milwaukee

Stopped into this Toppers about a week or so ago on a Saturday evening. I had a wonderful experience. The young lady at the front counter was very polite and helpful. The young men in the back were working really hard. They were not slacking norappeared lazy at all. Everybody in that store was working. Great customer service! I will definitely return.

Worst pizza ever!! Will never return! Cheese, sausage and spices not evenly distributed. No cheese on the outer rim. Have had many frozen pizzas with better quality. Not even worthy of 1 star. ????????

The manager, London, really looked. He and the staff working there gave excellent customer service and my food was fresh/hot. Certainly stay to come to this place when I get the craving. Thank you.

I have placed an online order via Toppers website with delivery of Toppers at 8:01PM. I received a text saying that my order is delivered at 21:02. At 9:03 I still did not receive my order, so I checked the tracking and it said my order was delivered at 8:36PM. I'll call the place I ordered, and it was said that they don't have any delivery drivers to hand my order to the door. So they took my money and ran and I got nothing. I talked to the manager who offered me a new order, but it was too late at this point, so I asked for a refund. He took my phone number and told me he would check with the owner and return to me in ten minutes. Well, that never happened so that they took my money and I didn't get any of their disregard or ignorance? I guess my next step is a call to Toppers companies to file a formal complaint. I enjoy toppers, but this brings me an end to running any future business with any topper facilities! I would like to add a photo, but I have never received my order even photograph

Yesterday I went to this store for a doordash order, the employees are flat out rude, they ?lost? the doordash order (which the order was sent from them not doordash itself) to which received zero help from that point on while being left in the lobby getting looks from the workers?.. not to mention one of the girls working there asked me if me and one of the other workers were ?brothers? because from all I could see was our skin color was the only thing that made us look related. Hands down horrible experience and just as horrible of an establishment
