A person working there snapped at me and spoke down, with a very bad attitude stating that I was rude. Not very good customer service. I did not feel welcome through the drive thru. View all feedback. What User likes about Taco Bell:
Jared, the lady that works to drive-through I guess she’s the manager not 100% sure gave me the best customer service experience I’ve ever gotten from Taco Bell. They messed up my food the day before, and she honored my food and gave me a drink, showing empathy. definitely need more people like her in the View all feedback.
