I had the pleasure of enjoying breakfast at this charming spot this morning for the first time. The ambiance is delightful, enhanced by classical music, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. I ordered the buttermilk pancakes with bananas, which came as a special with lemon crème anglaise and almonds. These pancakes were absolutely amazing—so light, fluffy, and fresh that I can hardly remember the last time I had anything quite like them. They were so delicious that I took the leftovers home with me. The bacon was also fantastic, with just the right hint of caramelized brown sugar—perfection! I highly recommend Sabrosa to anyone in search of a delicious breakfast or lunch. Thank you for a wonderful meal!

I had the corned beef hash and tasted the giant cinnamon roll and the blueberry-lemon scone, all delicious! I also enjoyed the live classical piano during breakfast...a wonderful experience.

So amazing! A hard choice between a sweet or savory dish we ordered both today! Highly recommend for breakfast or lunch.

This is a hidden gem! What a fantastic place to have breakfast on a Sunday morning. The food is amazing and wonderful selection. You can tell everyone that works there takes pride in their job. Customer service is outstanding this should be a must on everyone's list that lives in the area. I know I will return when I'm back in that neck of the woods!
