Reviews - Stack'd
Reviews summary
Stack'd offers an appealing menu featuring build-your-own burgers and various vegan options, including the Impossible Burger and vegan cheese. However, vegan diners may find the selection limited, primarily enjoying fruit or salad as side choices. While many dishes like the hummus platter and the black bean burger are well-received, service issues and lackluster experiences for some patrons detract from the overall dining experience. The welcoming atmosphere and extensive drink selection make Stack'd worth a visit, particularly for vegetarians, but improvements could enhance its appeal for vegan customers.

Great food, awesome drinks and dope music, the trifecta. The shakes are crazy good and for a extra you can get them boozed up. Make up your own burger, or order one of their creations. Quit reading. Go. Now. View all feedback.
What Bennett Van Der Loop dislikes about Stack'd:
I think it the food was good, not great (although some others in my party loved it). We were definitely in a louder part of the bar, but it was very energetic. Service was slow, but it was a Saturday night one burger was completely forgotten and was remade within 5 minutes. View all feedback.

Wow, absolutely delicious! Quite expensive, but worth it. The tater tot nachos were perfection. Loved the jalepeno bacon on my burger.
THIS IS NOT A REFLECTION OF THE MEAL. Everything you want out of a burger, fries, fried pickles, slaw, etc. is perfect. We will be coming back for sure. At 6:30 last night our party of four ventured over before the Villa Terrace Drone show at 9pm for a bit to eat. Outside seating had no less than 4 tables occupied, no more than 7 tables occupied with 3 or more tables open. Inside, there was a party of 2 just finishing up their meal. We were seated immediately and began looking at our menus having just ordered drinks. To be fair, service was fine. In the same way that if you were giving someone a review, you would say, “yes, you in fact meet expectations.” And they would respond, “C’s get degrees!” That kind of “meet expectations. “ We placed our order of four burgers only one of which was build your own. And then we talked about electric cars. And waited. And then we talked about the RNC. And waited. And then we talked about the real estate market. And waited. And then we wondered if someone was needing to slaughter a bull. And waited. And then we assumed that the bull had escaped, they had to phone a cowboy to wrangle it, they had to drag it back, butcher it with very dull knives, and potentially had to do it with their teeth because for the love of all things holy it took a long time. When the meal came out, everything was stellar. I craved the leftovers. Having started our meal just after 6:30, we finally wrapped up and were out the door at 8:20ish. It’s a stellar meal and I do believe they are all doing a perfectly adequate job and making some great food. Next time though, I’ll bring a granola bar to hold me over until the meal comes.
Delicious burgers and a fantastic location near the Next Act theater and the Riverwalk.
Vegetarian options: They truly respect those who don’t eat meat. Dietary restrictions: The menu clearly shows their commitment to being accommodating for various dietary needs. Kid-friendliness: The atmosphere is very relaxed, making it a great spot for hanging out with friends, coworkers, or family. Wheelchair accessibility: There’s a ramp beside the stairs for easy entry and convenient outdoor seating. I noticed a lounge area in the back, but I didn’t check it out.

The food is always fantastic at this restaurant. You have the option to create your own burger or choose something from the menu.

The burgers and fries are fantastic at this restaurant. It's also a great option for those with dietary restrictions or food allergies.

I hadn 't been to Stack 'd for a while, but just went again last night. They have a few new things clearly marked as vegan on their menu The Black Stack (black bean burger is now vegan), HLT (hummus, lettuce and tomatoe) and Portabella Stack, as well as a few apps and salads. For sides, they offer fries, onion rings, vinegar slaw. They also added brunch on Sat/Sun with a few vegan choices, such as tofu scramble, seitan, granola. They also changed their vegan cheese to Daiya. I would still recommend Stack 'd for a good burger, nice atmosphere, and of course, extensive beer choices!
Yeah they have vegan cheese (Follow Your Heart brand) and vegan mayonnaise (Vegenaise brand), but what good does that do a vegan when there is almost nothing vegan to put it on? Sure they have a homemade black bean burger but it 's not vegan, the waitress said it was just vegetarian. Since I was there with someone I couldn 't just leave so I got their 'Hummus, Lettuce, Tomato ' sandwich without the hummus and added Vegenaise. I was entirely skeptical about my sandwich; I hope it was truly vegan. With that said if you 're vegan, avoid this place...if you 're vegetarian, you have a lot more options and you may very well like this place. But to add another point of view, the person I was with (non-vegetarian) said his burger was very lackluster. This place also loses points because of the horrible service we encountered. There were only two tables in the restaurant (with 4 servers) and the service was very slow. I hate to say it, but some people just should not be working as waiters/waitresses, our waitress being one of them. She was slow, inattentive and messed up my order big time while charging us for extras we didn 't even ask for. Given this experience, I will never go back to Stak 'd.
We are locals and really enjoy this restaurant. They truly understand what it means to order a vegan burger, as they even offer vegan cheese. It's a fantastic choice!
We had a great lunch here. Her fried pimples and baked mushrooms are vegan and amazing. They have the impossible burger and vegan cheese and Mayo. Your black bean patty is also vegan when you order without cheese. Portions were big and they had a great beer selection. You also have a vegetarian walnut and Kichererbsenburger, not sure why it is not vegan, maybe eggs to bind it? The impossible burger was great.
