What Mike Urbaitis likes about Red Light Ramen:
Truly authentic Ramen. I was fortunate enough to live in Yokohama, Japan for 2 years and was able to experience many types of Ramen, and Red Light Ramen by far has the best Ramen in Milwaukee (even better than the best Ramen I've had in Chicago). Justin, the owner, and Zach, head chef, are amazing and could not be more hospitable. Oh yeah, the slushie drinks are great too! I cannot recommend Red Light Ramen highly en... View all feedback. What Lisa Okhuofu doesn't like about Red Light Ramen:
I decided to try this restaurant before they close. My boyfriend enjoyed his miso ramen, but I was not a fan of the pork ramen I ordered. It seemed to be lacking in seasoning or had an unusual seasoning. We also tried the orange cream puff dessert, but it was not good. The cream puff had a store-bought taste. Overall, I would rate the food 1 out of 5. View all feedback.

The ramen at this restaurant is decent, but not exceptional given the price and wait times. The wait for a group of two is about 30-45 minutes, and it may be lo...

read moreRed Light Ramen in Milwaukee offers a cozy and fun spot to enjoy decent ramen with friends, although the wait times can be a bit long. The atmosphere is great, and the waitstaff is friendly. While some diners found the food lacking in seasoning or quality, others praised the authenticity and deliciousness of the ramen, particularly the Tonkotsu broth. The restaurant is small and intimate, and the appetizers are unique and tasty. Overall, Red Light Ramen is worth a visit for ramen enthusiasts looking for a genuine Japanese experience.
