Pop's Bbq Memphis Style - Milwaukee

I finally stopped by Pops for the first time after wanting to go forever. AND OMG!!!!!!! This place right here is like none other. I normally don't do lines in the hot sun, but ba beeeee . . . It was worth the wait. I bought the medium rib tips, a 4-rib snack with potato salad and corn and a rib tip dinner with baked beans and potato salad. Everything was delicious!!! Everybody loved their food. The rib tips and ribs were seasoned to perfection. This by far is the best place to get ribs and rib tips. The customer service was great, and the food was excellent. I will definitely go back . . . Line and all!

POP'S is amazing all the way around. From the friendly customer service to the delicious and savory food choices! The quantity and quality of food is definitely worth the price and is affordable. I had an opportunity to meet and speak with POP'S when I was standing in line waiting to place my order.....what a humble and respectable person.....a true people's person!! Do yourself a favor and stop by to pickup some brisket, ribs, pulled pork, sausage and other menu items you won't be disappointed!!! Sometimes, it depends on who's barbecuing in order to get some good ribs, other than that the ribs are pretty good. There prices keep going up every year. That why I stop going so much. I'll go 3 times out of the year.Food: 4/5

Food was so dry and overcooked couldn’t eat it . pulled pork and rib tips disgusting . Brisket has a premium on it and is dry also . Save your money. That pit has to be to hottt to dry all this food out.
