What User doesn't like about Panda Express:
I was here a few weeks ago. Try to use a voucher sent in the post for BOGO shells. I had a hard day, so I wanted some panda....if I went to pay, they told me that I had already used the coupon I didn't have and it was still good before the expiry date. Don't waste your time. They are from half their menu points every day at noon. If they have the item you want, it will be left over indefinable scrap. Management is not available. A miracle they earn enough money to stay in business. How can you pay your bills if you have nothing available for customers to buy?
Not exactly a positive experience. First I tried to call to see what their hours were but I got no answer. but found out that other locations were open til 9 so I went anyway. I had a coupon for a free Entree with the purchase of two entrees. The receipt said something different than what I ordered and the label said that the item that I did order was spicy I wanted a taste of the sauce to see how spicy and the person which I think was a manager gave me a hard time about that but he gave it to me anyway. And by the way it was not spicy . Not good customer service if you ask me you're supposed to work with the customer especially being a manager. And the price it was supposed to be buy two entrees get one free and it was like $13 and change not worth it if you ask me. I won't go back to that location I've had good experiences at other locations
Ordered from the App for the first time. Really good App. Had to wait a couple minutes. The young fella made me one really good 3 entree meal and a 2nd 3 entree meal that was about half sized order. Scraped the bottom rather than waiting for more. I went out to the car and came back in. A different guy approached me and asked if he could help. I showed him the portion. He fixed the meal immediately....over the top. I was not expecting him to treat me so good. I will be back there soon. The food was hot and super good. Big time kudos to the gentleman that help me.
They have nothing in vegetarian menu not even veggies. In current scenario each and every restaurant is keeping vegan/vegetarian option and they had absolutely nothing for entree You have to eat plain rice or noodles. No protein option for vegan/vegetarian. They don't even have stir fried veggies, only boiled broccoli. They need to upgrade the menu now
The service was awful, chow mein old, the flavors like?no words. The tables dirty and the staff serves you so bad, the prices compares with the quantity and quality too bad, I don?t recommend this restaurant.
